Flying Eagles now 4-0 in first season

The Flying Eagles soar to a perfect 4 - 0 start with an 88-80 victory over Louisburg College. Southwest took a 6-point lead into the locker room at halftime and maintained the same intensity in the second half extending the final margin to 8 points. The Flying Eagles were led by Malou Lachenmeier who came out of the gate hot and helped the Eagles secure the lead for the first time in the second period and never relinquish it. 

Southwest will be back on the hardwood Monday night when they face off against Johnston Community College in Richlands at 5:00pm. The Jaguars are currently winless on the season and will be hoping to knock off the undefeated Flying Eagles, handing Coach Thad Lambert's team their first loss in program history.
