Flying Eagles Baseball Prepare For DH Against Combine Academy

The Flying Eagles Baseball Program will be hitting the road on Wednesday February 8th as they travel to Combine Academy for a doubleheader. The Flying Eagles are looking to quickly rebound after the opening four game series of the new year against USC Lancaster didn't go the way the Flying Eagles would have hoped.

In game one against Combine Academy, the Flying Eagles will start Mason Barnett with the game two starting pitcher still to be determined.

Mason is a right handed pitcher from Gate City Virginia who stands at 6'3". Last year, Mason made 17 appearances on the mound for Southwest averaging 5.65 strikeouts per nine innings of work through 36.2 innings pitched.

After this series, the Flying Eagles are scheduled to be on the baseball diamond again Thursday February 16th when Combine Post Grad makes the trip to SW for our first home series of the new year.
