LynLeigh leads scoring with 15 as Southwest improves to 3-0

The Flying Eagles basketball team improved to 3-0 on the season with a 66-65 out-of-conference victory over Johnson University (2-3) on Tuesday night. LynLeigh Rhodes had amazing game scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds, with Olivia Miller adding 11 points and 7 rebounds off the bench for the Flying Eagles.

 

Southwest will host their first home game on Saturday when they face off against Louisburg College on Saturday at 2:00. Louisburg enters the game with a 4-1 record with their only loss coming to Sparanburg Methodist in OT 109-106. They are currently winning their games by an average of 41.2 points a game.
