Featured Athlete of the month, Nicko Kostopoulos

After hitting the first home run of the season for the Flying Eagles baseball team, Nicko Kostopoulos has earned the spot of featured athlete!

Kostopoulos, a sophomore from Atlanta, Georgia, has hit the ground running for the Flying Eagles. He wasted no time showing his productivity at the plate, proving to be an offensive weapon with four runs batted in and a home run while currently posting a.429 batting average. When asked about Kostopoulos, first-year coach Steve McMillian had this to say: “Nicko transferred at the break and has been a huge addition to our program. Leader on the field, on the bump, and swings it well. He's excited to see what the season holds for him and how good he can do’.
